Welcome to my Blogging site. My name is Shivay Veer Sharma and I am a 23-year old Project Engineer from Bangalore, India. This site is where I present myself and my work. The primary topic of the site is Cloud Computing (Infrastructure as a Service(IaaS),Platform as a Servce(PaaS and Storage as a Service(StaaS))) , Internet Of Things and development and research work regarding to Cloud Computing. Beside this, there is a blog, a number of free open source tools for cloud computing by which a person can build his own public and private cloud and a discussion forum.
When I started to experiment with Cloud computing in 2012, I decided to follow a few core principles to make sure that I learned to do things in a good way. Those principles proved to be very useful, and they can be summarized into one sentence: “All code should be understandable and it should be as simple and accessible as possible to make sure that it works everywhere and for everyone at all times”. Today I am a professional software developer and doing research in the area of scientific cloud computing and Internet of things. Specifically I am doing research in elastic cloud computing for scientific cloud so that we can provide TBs of RAM and hundreds of core on demand and it will scale up and down on the need bases. I have also developed GUI for nimbus middleware for IaaS(scientificcloud.cdacb.in).
